Native Americans were inspired to create the geometric patterns provided by the desert landscape in many of their art forms. The stunning palette of colors displayed on the buttes and mesas as the sun crossed the sky were taken by these native people and put onto their pottery and other art forms. Sand paintings, created for healing ceremonies, were also the basis for many of these designs. The intense colors of their surroundings was produced in their fine embroidery.
Cotton bedding is simply the best. It is comfortable, washable and can last for many years. Not many people would prefer to sleep under polyester or nylon sheets for example.
